2. Event Registration

  • All registrations must be completed via our official website or approved registration channels.
  • Registration is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion

3. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend event programmes, speakers, or venues where necessary
  • Postpone or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of any changes.

4. Attendance

  • Events are intended for healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees in cases of inappropriate behaviour.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Where applicable, fees must be paid in full prior to the event.
  • Payment terms will be specified at the point of registration.

6. Sponsorship and Industry Engagement

Events and educational activities may include sponsored sessions, industry participation, or preceptorships delivered in collaboration with partner organisations. All educational content is developed independently by Insight Meetings Ltd and remains clinician-led, ensuring clinical integrity and balance. All sponsorship and industry engagement will be conducted in accordance with the ABPI Code of Practice. Specific terms relating to sponsorship, partnership, and preceptorship arrangements will be agreed separately in writing with the relevant organisation.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not share your personal data with third parties, including sponsors, without your consent unless required by law.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from event participation.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for event registration (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other external costs incurred.

9. Intellectual Property

All event materials, presentations, and content remain the intellectual property of Insight Meetings Ltd or the respective speakers.

They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Photography and Recording

We may photograph or record events for educational or promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to being included unless you notify us otherwise in advance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
