Cancellation Policy

1. Delegate Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your registration by contacting us at info@insightmeetings.co.uk

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may not be refundable.

Substitutions (sending a colleague in your place) may be permitted upon request.

2. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend an event without prior notice may result in no refund (where fees apply)

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If Insight Meetings Ltd cancels or postpones an event:

  • Delegates will be offered a full refund or
  • The option to transfer to a rescheduled date or alternative event

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation).

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Public health emergencies
  • Venue issues
  • Government restrictions
